As long as a contractor agrees, anything can be done. Just start on the north or windward side of the house.
Talk to the company that is doing the work for you Maybe they work with a finance company that can finance this for you. I had major cement work done and the company that did the work worked with a finance company that gave a no interest loan for a year.
