Sheet rock uneven in new laundry room, how to cover-up?

not installed correctly -- or wasn't mudded/taped properly ... can you send pictures?
How is it uneven? You could put up a shiplap or beadboard.
There are some beautiful pain table wallpapers that help with this too.
Needs more mudding and sanding. I built barndoors for the entrance. I wonder if shiplap or distressed wood slats similar to the barndoor look be too much. That over head mudding and sanding isn’t one of my favorites. Thanks for the suggestions!
