What's the best way to remove 30 year old mirror tiles on my bathroom?

Carefully!!!! Seriously tho, use a heat gun to go over each mirror until the adhesive loosens enough to safely remove it.
Criss cross a bunch to masking tape over those tiles so you don't have glass shards everywhere, and have a box to throw the stuff into.
and wear gloves and safety glasses, and a long sleeve heavy shirt.
Have you thought of possibly painting them? Just a thought.
