Where do I find a wall plate cover to cover an existing outlet?

It's the kind that looks like a GFCI outlet, but it's simply a plastic cover to go over the old wall outlet.

Any hardware or home store should have what you're seeking. It won't resemble the GFCI because the GFCI section is part of the outlet, not part of the cover plate.
They sell them at hardware stores and big box stores in the electrical section.
