there are patching compounds for cement at the big box diy stores, the type of patching compound depends on what surface needs patched.how big are are the cracks/ hole and where? -

Can you post a photo- for a small job I’d consider epoxy putty. I repaired my concrete dog statue with it.Larger job you may want to consider the concrete cenent patching compounds.This putty stick is my all time favorite repair crafting item to have on hand.
