How do I remove wood screws from my deck that are rusted & stripped?

I need to replace a few boards on my deck but I can't get the screws out as they are rusted and stripped.

You can buy a tool that will get them out. I have seen where if you take a rubberband and put it on the screw it will come out, not sure about the heavy duty deck ones though.

A Hammer. Or use a Rubber Band at the End of a Philips Screw Driver if those are not Stripped really bad.
Sears sell a screw out bit.
