Hi Natalie, if you know the manufacturer of the blinds, you can call their toll free number and inquire about a fix. I'm sure this is not the first eye hook that's broken. If you don't know the manufacturer, check in with your local big box store's window fashion's department and have them look up generic special order parts for blinds. You just may be in luck.
You can replace it with an inexpensive part from any discount store like Walmart. Go to the hardware section and look for hooks and eyes that are used cups. If you don't have any strong glue like Gorilla glue or Epoxy 600, you will need some. You will use the closed end called the eye. When you get them home, unscrew the broken piece from the wand. You may need to use a pair of pliers to do this. BE CAREFUL! you don't want to break it off in the hole or break the want. Usually they are glued in so a gentle wiggle should help it loosen it.
Once it's out clean out the opening and squirt in some glue. Do this over a paper towel or old newspapers. This type of glue is really sticky and dries fast. Once its in the opening insert the eye. This has to dry overnight. put it someplace out of reach and out of your way until then. I always use the top of the fridge.
It should be good as new in the morning when you reattach it.
You can probably just buy a new eye hook, at any hardware store, and replace the one that broke.
Amazon lets you window shop the exact type of wand you’re looking for. Buy from them or any of the other stores that sell your replacement.

Oops maybe I wasn’t clear enough on my issue😜😩
the part that broke off is on the piece the wand hooks to and not the metal piece attached to the wand.
Hi Natalie, hope this helps you out.
