If you snap off the left portion of the holder that is remaining on the wall, you should see that it actually snaps on to a metal plate. The screws hold the plate to the wall. To 'fix' the holder so that the right side stays attached to the wall, you will have to obtain a replacement plate and new screws. You will most likely need plastic screw wall anchors as well, because when you remove these old screws, the resulting holes may be too large to adequately hold the new screws in place.

Some holders of this style also have a tiny screw at the bottom of the outside cover. Screwing it tightly against the plate will further help to keep the holder on the wall. To remove the holder, loosen the screw. You may need a miniature screwdriver, similar to those sold for fixing eyeglass screws to access this small bottom screw.

If you have drywall, you need drywall anchors and drywall screws. This must not be installed in a stud, or it should not have pulled out.
