How can a patio umbrella frame be reused?

As I was taking down my old patio umbrella, the well- worn fabric finally gave up the ghost. Any ideas on creative ways to reuse the frame?

Stand the patio umbrella up in the yard and without the fabric it will look like a tree shape. Hang ornaments according to the season.
Male a new umbrella cover for it. It's not nearly as complicated as it looks. I've actually made several.
Count the number of fabric sections. Remove one full panel of the umbrella to use as your pattern. Is it has A circular air vent at top, now remove it.
Next decide on fabric you wish to use. Take panel & air vent if one, with you to fabric center & they'll help figure out fabric yardage needed. Umbrellas actually come in different sizes & fabrics in both 1-way dedign & not. So yardage amounts vary.
* always spray fabric with a water repellant product before cutting out umbrella as it will be easier than when put together.
When you have fabric & panels cut out, see pieces together as original was made & install on your frame.
Umbrella cover can be actually be machine or hand sewn. After it is installed in frame, apply a seater like used on tents seams & allow to dry completely & your new umbrella is good to go.
You can use just the frame as a wind chime hanging frame if you don't want to use as umbrella again.
grow a creeper over it . let it cover the umbrella frame
I had taken the spokes and used for plants
