Attach to a cold frame with hinges so the glass storm door becomes the lid allowing light in but protecting from the cold.

Use the old storm windows to construct a miniature greenhouse. Build the base from any treated wood, cinder blocks, or treated wood. Frame out the windows and roof of the greenhouse. Or build your frame and use heavy plastic for the walls and the windows for the roof. Be sure the roof is on a slant if you get snow in the winter.
