Ideas for Upcycling Wood Blind Slats?

Any creative ideas for blind slats?  Some are broken but there are many intact.  Thank you!

Hi Druzon, I recently saw a post where someone used blind slats to create a shiplap wall. It looked really cute. You would never know that it wasn't shiplap without being told.

Create a herring bone pattern with 4' or 6' pieces of slat, then clear coat it for a backsplash or table top or wall accent or.....send them to me, I would love to play with them!

These are not very creative, but you could use them as plant markers in your garden or cover a sturdy box and its cover for do dads or jewelry.

I was planning to take a shower curtain from Walmart that has a scene on it and cutting a pasting it so that when the blinds are closed it has an outdoor scene. I have the curtain but haven't had time to finish the project. I am also planning on doing it with my sliding glass door blinds.
