There is a flexible plastic rod you can from a decorating store. I took a piece of silk, folded it over, about 5 inches, ran a casing to thread the flexible rod. I hemmed the other edge. Fitted the flexible rod toit to the inner rim of window. No hardware needed. Then gather the rest of fabric, put a rubber band around the ends, which will make a rosette.Helpful Reply -
