mix quikrete concrete in small portions. Then with trowel go over cracks and on either side to even out. Need to work quickly due to concrete mix thickenig and hardening quickly

I bought it at Lowes' and I don't remember the name of it, but it's a gray powder and you mix it with water and trowel or putty knife it into the cracks. It dries very quickly and then you can paint the waterproofing onto the wall over the gray and it brightens the wall and keeps out the moisture. Have fun.

call in a pro--afterall it is the foundation of your home. If the foundation is not good than all the floors above are also not. Water will find that opening and you will have to deal with even more issues. Chances are the crack will be down below ground level. You may beable to patch from the inside out.

Unfortunately if the crack is leaking, you will never repair it properly unless you dig outside and work from outside in. All else will be disappointing quick fixes. Sorry for the bad news, but that is the reality of basement walls.

Should be fixed from the outside and get what you need from a commercial supply place and not a home store .

@Alton Thanks. The deck will have to be removed. There is a fairly long horizontal crack, not too big, on the inside.

If water get's in a crack above the frost line it will freeze and expand and re open the crack
