Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Mar 04, 2013The only surface left is wood or laminate. However wood is not normally a flooring of choice in a bathroom or any room for that matter where water or high humidity is located. I would suggest a tile floor with a embedded radiant heating system so the floor is warm in the colder months. Also if properly installed with epoxy grout and sealed cleaning is a breeze.Helpful Reply

Hamtil Construction LLC on Mar 04, 2013You might look at "luxury vinyl" resilient floor tiles. It is a great product, which is very durable, looks like ceramic tile, but is warmer and softer under foot. Specifically, the names are Duraceramic, Adura, or Alterna (3 separate brands). You can butt the tiles together and use a sealer on the seams, or you can space them out and grout between with the 100% acrylic grout made by the same manufacturer.Helpful Reply

KMS Woodworks on Mar 04, 2013Tile with a radiant underlayment is warm under foot....I have done a number of these. Caring for grout is not a problem if done right. I have grout and tile that is over 20 years old and looks great. When working on a floor surface chose a color that is somewhat "dirt" colored and you can go years between cleanings.Helpful Reply

Judy on Nov 02, 2015We have put. Floor tiles called Allure in our bathrooms and may also do in kitchen. They sell it at Home Depot and it is for wet areas. It comes in rectangles 12x24 and looks like stone. Our son in law installed it.Helpful Reply
