Z on Nov 06, 2015Yep, just a tiny bit of WD40 should do the trick. Make sure to use the little red straw like attachment to make sure you focus the product just on the chain. Have it pulled out to its furthest length while spraying.Helpful Reply

Paul Hayden on Nov 07, 2015The little pull-chain switches can go bad, and they can be changed out by carefully (unplugged!) disassembling the lamp and replacing and rewiring in a new switch. If you use WD40, just go lightly and use some compressed air (dust-off can, compressor, or just blowing hard through a soda straw) to help get it into the opening of the little switch mechanism. But like I said, they can go bad and need to be changed - they are cheap little things!Helpful Reply
