Hope Williams on Dec 31, 2015Hi Khan. They do sell corner units just for that purpose. However, I see you are in Fiji and your choices might be more limited. http://m.sancarlosimports.com/larcorcab.html?gclid=CMyFtKGNhsoCFdgYgQod6aEO5g You can try way fair, overstock, Amazon. If none of those work for you, Google instructions for making your own. Another option is modifying a corner piece to fit your needs. I hope this helps.Helpful Reply

Dfm on Dec 31, 2015my dad had the same issue- he found a square end table of the super chunky eighties the correct size for the tv base to go from cross corner to cross corner . If you are not in a rental unit, you can put 2x 4 's in the corner (nailing into the wall stud), using them as ledger boards for a triangle of 3/4 inch plywood. be sure to support the front edge with 2x4's as well.Helpful Reply

LD on Dec 31, 2015Here's a link to many options. If you own your space consider building a corner unit with cabinetry. http://www.google.com/search?q=corner+entertainment+center&oq=corner+entert&sourceid=silk&ie=UTF-8Helpful Reply

Rin on Dec 31, 2015We used a night stand & angled it in the corner, cut plywood to fit the corner space on top. The tv is tall enough that under each end sits the dvd player & cable box (pushed back so only the front sticks out). You should be able to set a speaker on each corner, plus can hide some items in the night stand.Helpful Reply

Pat on Dec 31, 2015We have our TV in the corner on a regular stand like yours. There is space behind in the corner but you can hardly notice it. You could put your TV/stand in the corner with your speakers close to it....no problem and I think would look good. They do make corner entertainment units but we didn't want to go that route as we may change the location of our TV some day.Helpful Reply

9530106 on Dec 31, 2015My thoughts, also, would be just to angle the stand you have in the corner, and place the speakers on each side. No need to buy something different!Helpful Reply

Teresa C on Dec 31, 2015Or an inexpensive way is to get two 4 shelves bookshelf and place them to touch leaving an open small square on the back. Buy some MDF and cut a piece that will fit into the corner and to the to ends of bookshelves. Paint the board. Place your TV on top. Get basket to go into the shelves to hide movies.Helpful Reply

Lindsay Jackson on Jan 01, 2016Angle the stand across the corner. We recently had to replace our tv that was a pedestal with a wrap around stand and the new one is bigger and needed something to be set on top of that wasn't too low... So I moved my mid-century modern buffet and angled it across the room corner and set the tv on it. Perfect fit and the tv sits high enough on the buffet for the satellite receiver box and the DVD player to be under it and accessible.Helpful Reply

Junebugtx on Jan 02, 2016I like Lindsay Jackson's idea above. If you like to diy then I'd suggest making a builtin TV cabinet in the corner (cattycorner). You can probably find an example if you do a search. Good luck!Helpful Reply

Davina Hanson on Jan 02, 2016Have you thought of a simple stack of covered bricks / cans and planks of wood. That way you could have shelves at the height that you want and also make a corner shaped unit if that is what you want.Helpful Reply

Carole on Jan 17, 2016Bought one from Wal-mart (if you're not opposed to shopping (there) about two years ago. Several different finishes and holds up to a 42 inch TV. Not real wood but looks nice with lots of storage for all the electronics and has open shelving and two bottom cabinets with doors. Under $250 or less with free shipping. Put together your self but easy to do. Holds up well, but we are just two people at an age with no kids or pets.Helpful Reply
