Southeast Solar Co on Mar 28, 2012We are the distributors of solar thermal assisted dehumidifiers. These work very well. In fact in Florida, a commercial establishment installed a larger version of this. Their A/C demand went down by 30%. This in conjunction with solar thermal collectors can provide adequate hot water all through the year and will assist in dehumidifying a home of about 4000 sq.ft. Please see http://www.novelaire.com/solar-hot-water-dehumidifiers.html Majority of the dehumidifiers available generally are for a single room. If you really desire to avoid black mold and have a very comfortable home, you will need to think of something bigger that will do the job and not fall apart in a few months. We are located in Norcross close to I-85.Helpful Reply
