I have a thought I know your wanting burgany ... But what if you found a 4x6 black & white photo of your mum and you put it in a mason jar , then fill it up with vegetable oil until it's completely covered , then put little bit of dried burgundy flowers and put that on the other side of the photo . Both are covered completely..It has that vintage look and there's a bit of burgundy.. I saw it on Pinterest and they look beautiful ! Good luck 🤓
Write "Mom" on the jar in dimensional paint, which can be found wherever craft paints are sold, let dry, the spray paint the whole thing with the color paint you want. Several light coats will look better than one heavy coat.
