MN Mom on Apr 04, 2016Use a power washer. - Just be careful not to use nozzles with a tightly focused spray or too high a pressure—anything above 3,000 psi may damage the brick. Be very careful if you decide to use bleach... No more than a 10-percent solution of chlorine bleach to water, scrub the area with a stiff-bristle brush, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.Helpful Reply

Johnchip on Apr 04, 2016Without seeing the problem it is hard to advise. Moss, mildew, dirt, tree debris stain, old age, zombie crime scene blood stains...? Power wash is likely your first step. Rent a good one.Helpful Reply

Naomie Moore aka baileyanddaisey, Castaic CA on Apr 04, 2016Janet and MN Mom are both excellent recommendations! If you have a steam cleaner and outside source of electricity, I have used that to clean my mom's patio with excellent results. Some Home Depot or Lowes rent them for around $20 a day. Also clleaned the patio furniture well, as being in Southern California, our stuff is outside year round. Just be sure to move or protect any potted plants. Hope these suggestions help! Happy cleaning! :-)Helpful Reply
