Where can I find instruction on installing 3/4 inch thick HardWood Flooring?

I prefer to cover the whole floor with kraft paper or 15# felt and I use a pneumatic assisted stapler rather than a cleat nailer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9a56jaWIDx0 take your time when working the "rack" this is something I have seen many newbies screw up. "H" patterns and "stairs" from board ends that are not random can be very distracting.Helpful Reply

KMS Woodworks on Apr 10, 2012Also before you get into laying the floor spend some time securing the subfloor. Before I re-did my living room I added about 5 pounds of screws to the subfloor to fix some squeaks...its been about 8 years now...the squeaks have not returned.Helpful Reply
