Tradition Wood Works on Jun 09, 2013We use a product called Famowood http://www.eclecticproducts.com/solventbased.htm Depending on what you are trying to accomplish and the wood species you are working you will get various results. It does take stain and works very well but it's best used for small nail holes, cracks etc. Lighter colored stains and tighter grained hardwoods (maple, birch etc) will typically be tougher to hide.Helpful Reply
