Find a place on the couch or other chair where you can harvest a piece of leather big enough to cover the area. That done place the patch underneath the hole and close the edges of the hole around and on to it. When happy - stick it and the edges in place to form a secure repair. Then when dry, work in either Saddlesoap or polish the colour of your suite to blend in the repair. Overtime it will get better and more acceptable..............Hope that helps.
