Lee Detrick on May 04, 2016I use two heaping tablespoons; of course, I have a water softener, so don't need as much. I use the homemade dry laundry soap; don't like the liquid.Helpful Reply

Momama on May 04, 2016I have a top load and I use two tablespoons. I adjust the amount based on the size of the load and how dirty it is. 1 tbsp for small loads, 2 Tbsp for large and 3 tbsp for extra large or extra dirty. I'm sorry you had a mess making it. You really should give it a go. I've been using it for two years and I just love snickering as I pass the chemical laden expensive laundry aisle at the store. Not to mention lugging it home, lol!Helpful Reply

Kimmy on May 07, 2016I and my family are just tickled with the homemade dry soap! Which is actually a huge miracle because I have incontinence issues in the family, as well as animals, a fiance that is allergic to certain scents, & a nephew whose an athlete & is definitely going through puberty! Lol can't beat the price either!! Good luck!Helpful Reply
