Three months ago, I planted several seed from a pomegranate that I purchased from Krogers. Would they bear fruits?

Erica Glasener on Apr 30, 2012Are the plants sprouting? If they sprout and grow you should probably get fruits but if they don't sprout, you could try cuttings from a pomegrante tree.Helpful Reply

Douglas Hunt on May 01, 2012You should have seen signs of life about six weeks after you planted your pomegranate seeds. The problem is that seeds don't produce true-to-type. Because of that, taking a cutting, as Erica suggests, is considered a better means of propagation.Helpful Reply
