How do I add support to our Pool noodle ornament wreath?
my daughter and I made an ornament wreath from pool noodles. When hung it sags so bad it becomes an oval. Any ideas how to add support now that it’s done??
Places like Hobby Lobby have wreath hangers that fit over the top of the door and hang down.
The dollar store sells over the door wreath hangers that work well.
Look online for over the door wreath hangers.
They have wreath hooks at most stores like walmart, target, etc. They hang from the top so the door still shuts and then a hook comes down and you just place the wreath on the hook.
Have you seen the over-the-door hangers. They look pretty nice.

I have used a ribbon of color in wreath, wrap around wreath, pull both ends to meet the length you wish and tape one at top of door then the other. Can use duck tape or any strong tape because it won't be seen. Works great for me!
How about one of those Christmas wreath holder that fi over the top of the door?
I will try . The screen door might not close.
Could you put a cup hook in the frame?
I think those wreath hangers would be too wide at the top for a wreath hung on a screen door. . . also they would not center the wreath which is important to me. What I would do is take three small eye hooks. Put one on the top of the door just over the screening in the middle. Put one on either side of the wood of the door, just beside the screening in the middle. Use light weight wire or monofilament to hang the wreath. The hangings would be invisible and the wreath would look beautiful.
Use Command hooks.
I would get an over the door hanger. Some are thinner than others so the door will close.
Command hooks.
Hi Noreen, hope this helps you out.
An over the top door hanger will work for you.

Wreath hanger from the dollar store or a cup hook.
I've used a thumbtack at the middle very top of the door where it isn't visible and clear fish line to attach the wreath in a loop where you want the wreath positioned. The clear fish line barely shows.
I use Command Hooks
Hi Noreen, hope this helps you. You can get an over the door wreath hanger. If that doesn't work on your screen door, you can take a Command hook/hanger. Hang it upside down on the inside, center top of your screen door. The hook will be on the inside of the door. The wreath is hung from a matching ribbon, with the ribbon being securely tied/knotted at the end. Hook the knotted end of the ribbon on the Command hook, and hang the wreath over the screen door. Magnetic Wreath Hanger: If your screen door is made of metal, you can use a magnetic wreath hanger. These hangers have magnets that attach to the metal surface of the door, allowing you to hang your wreath without any need for nails or hooks.
