Re: Linden's Landscape Design

360 Sod (Donna Dixson) on May 01, 2012I am impressed that you persevered with leaving 5 messages. Most would have given up after a couple and said phooy on them. While there is certainly no excuse for not returning calls, I would like to take the opportunity to say that most Landscapers I know are extremely overwhelmed by the work load this time of year. Many have gone through drastic staff reductions due to the economy situation, so when spring comes and everyone one wants their stuff done now it can really be a struggle to keep up. We are often wearing more than one 'hat' in the organization and become so busy getting everything done that some times we allow things to slip through the cracks. (Or perhaps it could be a broken phone, or a family emergency)Helpful Reply

FRED on May 02, 2012Well if their phone is out of order then I would think they wouldn't have any work to do. I did not need work done now mine was at a much later date. I'm usually not the person to complain about poor service of any kind. However, after seeing one of their trucks in the area I decided to post this in hopes that if they are still in business that word of mouth from this post may get their attention!Helpful Reply

AK Complete Home Renovations on May 02, 2012Hi Fred - I didn't see that Linden's has any customer reviews on Hometalk. Hometalk.com itself doesn't rate it's contractors with star ratings, it's just up satisfied (or not so satisfied) customers to write reviews. We wish you luck with your projects!!Helpful Reply
