KMS Woodworks on Jun 30, 2013I just installed a dual flush American Standard for a client in condo remodel. It was only about 150 or so...and for her she got a rebate from the city for a water reduction unit.($75) so the net cost was even better.Helpful Reply

SLS Construction & Building Solutions LLC on Jun 30, 2013Kohler, American Standard, Moen, etc... all have great toilets in that range - with that look for a WaterSense labeled one (saves money on water & works as well if not better than ones using more) & probably "comfort" height unless the condos are full of families with small childrenHelpful Reply

LAST FOR YEARS, SPEC'D BY MANY ARCH & CONTRACTORS IN BITS ON HIGHER END JOBS, WATER SAVING, BUT HAS THE POWER TO FLUSH EXTRAMENT W/ 1 FLUSH.. NOE.. DO NOT PUT BLEACH OR ANY WEL CLEANER IN THE TANK,IT DESTOYS THE SEALS, AND YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AT SOME PPOIT, IF USED DIRECT APPLICATIOON TO BOWELHelpful Reply
