I would get a 1 or 2 gallon pump sprayer, mix clorox and water and spray occasionally. It will kill mold.
Try using mold-away it's a product meant to kill mold and keep it off boats but I've used it in a number of other places very successfully.
There is a product called Wet-and -Forget which you just spray on and leave. It is safe and non-toxic but is supposed to kill the mold.
Are skylights or solar tubes in the budget to get more light into the space? Try the surface treatments people have suggested, but also do something to keep the air moving -- a table or floor fan on a timer will help for pennies a day. Mold is insidious and its danger to people with allergies is underestimated. Do lots of research on a good permanent solution, because your health is at risk. However, be very wary of mold removal businesses. Florida has more than its fair share of scam artists
I know it's unpopular, but bleach actually works! Get a bucket with water and bleach as strong as you can make it, soft broom, leave it on, it won't come back. I live in a similar climate zone in Australia, it works on my deck, and weatherboard house, did it 2 years ago and hasn't come back.
I have a deck that every year I had to scrub. Please try Wet And Forget. It is wonderful. Works over time. Be patient.
Wet and Forget is a great product. Also, another thing that you can do is to air it out for an hour a day. It'll help!
