Do you mean tinted windows? I do not know what you mean by black windows.
Sorry, black window frames.
The apartments where I live all have black metal window frames and though at first I thought it would be nice, they suck. Can't get them clean and they do get 'changed' by the weather and sun and by trying to clean them on the inside. Give me the old fashioned wood, double hung sash windows they are easier to fix and maintain and if you don't like the color, you can paint them or whatever. The new and 'improved' things in this world don't hold a candle to the good solid originals.
Thanks, that's what I thought.
Nice from a distance on some houses, but....
They can be painted as well!Depending on your house color scheme, you might be best to keep it black!
Mine is also metal I painted them black with outside enamel paint they really pop now time consuming but will last for years
