We use bleach and water. Spray it on.
Better than bleach, I use Krud Kutter from WalMart.
For those who don't like using bleach,
There's a product called 30 Second Cleaner from Home Depot or hardware stores. Spray on and scrub a bit, then rinse.
bleach and water. Be Aware bleach will also kill earthworms and other ground friendly bugs.

CLR has a product out called Mold and Mildew. Worked well in kitchen under counter cabinet and on siding of trailer skirt

don't think it's mold -- if it's green it's algae - bet that side doesn't get much sunshine -- keeping it clean to start with will deter the growth of the algae -- and a strong salt/vinegar solution will help keep it from returning - 1 gallon vinegar one cup table salt - wash wall with whatever you want - then spray with this and allow to dry - do not rinse.
Thank you, your right not much sunshine on that side of the garage.
Thank you!!!!
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vinegar is a natural disinfectant...will clean the mold and retard growth of new mold. Oh and it works for algae as well.
thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't use bleach as it changes the pH of your soil and has a pH of 12. use one part water to one part white vinegar. Barely have to scrub! I just used this on the wooden floor of my greenhouse and all of my white plastic shelves. Worked terrific Plus it is very cheap. Good luck!
my husband uses purple power on ours. we live by creek. spray on and let si for 3 minutes and start scrubbing with a big brush. wont hurt anything. comes off.

I use pool chlorine......a 50/50 mix with water. Spray, let set for a few minutes, rinse. Works every time. And it doesn't hurt the plants, grass, etc. Good luck.
