That will depend on how much work you are willing to do. There are mini green houses to build ,however it you are just starting with plants I would get used to them in your own home first.

How many is a few? You could get a grow light and one of those flat storage container 2foot by 3foot or there about. Set it on a shelf in your laundry room, or furnace room if they are above 70'. You can fit about 40 of the starters in these. Stay on top of the germination time this and the light will work like the sun so don't start to early or you can end up with long spindly starters. The light can be put on a timer and do a lot of pinching back you have nice full plants

Harbor freight has inexpensive ones all sizes & kinds avail,go on line for an addition discount cupon.I also live in PA.& you need to start your garden in a greenhouse first way in advance if you want it to make it.I built an outdoor 10x12 hoop green house very inexpensive with a lot of FREE materials. Also my wife & I WERE JUST @WEISS SUPERMARKET & THEY HAD SMALL 4wide x6ft high greenhouses metal frame with heavy plastic zip covers over it for only $25.00 that was the Hamlin PA LOCATION.I HAVE ONE OF THESE ALSO I KEEP INDOORS TO START MY PLANTS..THEY WORK WELL IF YOU INSERT A GROW LITE ON THE INSIDE.THEY ALSO HAVE METAL RACKS/SHELFING.IF YOU don't HAVE A WEISS NEAR YOU MABEY YOU COULD HAVE THEM SHIP IT,OR IF YOU DO MABEY THEY COULD HONOR THE PRICE.THEY ARE MADE PRETTY STURDY .LET ME KNOW HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU.
