im not sure you can unless you use a glue for plastic.
Have you thoroughly cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and alcohol ? Sometimes adhesive doesn't stick because of the dirt and oil from our hands that we don't even see. Good luck with your project !
if still wont stick try the mod podge affect layer over tape to see if it sticks
