The leaks can be repaired with couplings you can get at a hardware store, Lowe's etc. Bite the bullet and get new, good quality hoses.. Once they start leaking, there is no end and the frustration of forever repairing leaks.
If the leaks are where the hoses connect together,to faucets,or to the spray nozzle, you probably just need to replace the rubber gasket inside the threaded connections.Any hardware store will have these gaskets. If the hoses are leaking somewhere in their runs(middles) hardwares also have kits that can be installed in hose defects. The hose has to be cut apart at the leak, the repair part inserted into the two cut ends then clamped together. This may result in a higher cost than new hoses, however.
If you saw the Hometalk a few days ago , they made a wreath by winding up the hose and decorating it for your door to your shed or garage or side door
Throw them away and buy new ones. They do not cost much and probably would cost more to "repair" them.
Home Talk and Pinterest have shown some really cute door wreaths with water hoses.
poke more holes in the hose then line the garden with the hose, turn it on and water the garden. they sell hoses with holes for this purpose
Recycle. Use hose as border where grass ends & flower beds begin.
