You can find most paints online. I'm a big fan of amazon.com:
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_1_9?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=annie+sloan+chalk+paint&sprefix=annie+slo%2Caps%2C245&crid=25EWYGGKKDIKC
And then, I'd suggest searching online for the name of the color that you're interested in to see how it comes out on other people's projects. Best of luck!
When I bought my first Annie Sloan paints, I Googled it. I chose the store closest to me and have continued to buy from them. As to the color, I did as Hillela suggests; I researched pieces I admired and picked my color based on that. I haven't gotten into the Fusion paints yet, but when I do, I'll use the same technique. Tried and true. ;-)
I too got quite a few from Amazon. On their website you can type your zip code and it will show you if there are locations in your area that carry it. Love me some Fusion Mineral Paint!
