When or builder built our brick home 28 years ago he used Kelly Moore outdoor paint, Durapoxy on all the trim areas. My paint has Never needed repainting, it's like magic. I only use Kelly Moore for all my painting needs because it just remarkable. It is an acrylic not just latex with some acrylic like most paints. But I live in central Texas and not sure if it is available everywhere.
