Can I paint porch furniture cushions?

I have custom made cushions on my porch furniture which are very faded. The are made out of cushion material for around pools. I would like to know if anyone has ever painted them and what type of paint I should use to avoid cracking etc

Yes. You can paint them with any paint. Ever try to get a paint spot out of your jeans? ;-). The hardest part is choosing a color.

No. If you live in a humid place, it's best to paint them indoors or after painting them outside, bring them in to dry. That's what I have to do
