What do you suggest I do with pillows covered in lipstick?

I had some work to do around my rental home and decided to multi-task by bringing along my very good, too-expensive-to-replace down pillows for washing. I washed two and popped them in the (seemingly empty) dryer - the top part of a stacked laundry set - while I washed another two. When the cycles were completed, I opened the dryer door to discover my beautiful white-down pillows looked like they had been used to wipe the killing floor at the goose factory. I guess one of my tenants had a lipstick in the pocket of SOMETHING that had been dried . . . either that or they had evil intentions for the other tenants.
Any suggestions of how to whiten again, or is my only recourse to dye them red?

Give the a light misting of bleach & water solution and put in the sun. You could try lemon juice also. If a fail, I would get some good percale pillow covers with zippers.

Try making a solution with a little hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Dab on to the pillows and allow to sit on long enough to remove the stains.I would not use bleach which is very known that actually makes stains worse.

Try Rit Color Remover. It will remove all color but I don't know about lipstick.

Stain Stick is good for oily stains. I can't find it in my grocery store anymore, but I found some on Amazon. You can treat the stains and let them sit for several days. The brand name is either Resolve or Spray & Wash. I probably used a stick a month when my son was little, but now one will last me for months.
