I would do the walls first. That way any drips, etc., on the floor would be taken care of when you refinish the floors.

I have been there in the past.Paint the walls first.

I concur! Walls first. Floors are always last with any remodel.

I agree, but expect touch ups on the baseboards after the floors are finished. Good luck!

We recently did the same thing. Walls first! Drips and splatters won't matter.

DEFINITELY walls first.....getting spilled, splattered paint off hardwood floors can scratch the wood, remove the finish, or if enough is spilled...warp the wood

walls then floor because you do not want any drips or splatters from your walls on your new floors.

Ceilings, walls, then floors. I've never painted a room's walls without painting the ceiling. If possible remove furniture first. Covering the floor first with tarp, paper, ect before painting will help with clean up. Before sanding floors, remove furniture, Cover vents, windows, door openings, ornate light fixtures: prevention verses extra cleaning.

I would remove the baseboards first, paint everything (ceiling and doors, etc. then finish floor and baseboard. Taking off the base to refinish saves the wall from staining mishaps
