is the porch cement or wood first???
I live with 2 paint experts. Depending what look you are going for, power wash it, paint or stain it, put a sealer on it. Ask your Sherwin Williams dealer for best sealer in your area.
I would put a primer on it, then use any good outdoor, non-latex paint. The folks at any
large home store, Lowe!s, Home Depot or Rons's, for example, all have good knowledge of these products.
I thought that I had read that latex paint would contract and expand better, maybe I misunderstood. I truly appreciate your help. Thanx
It is newly built. Thank for ur help.
I used a product called DeckOver from Home Depot, we just bought a home, the previous owner had let the deck go a little long since it was treated. This product covered the problems plus made it look like a brand new deck.
Thank u for the info, really appreciated.
