Try peroxide with a q-tip as to not take any color out.
Wink rust remover can be found in many grocery stores
Lemon and salt rubbed into the fabric, might work, then launder as usual
Soak in Oxy-clean the stain should be gone when you take it out of the soaand rinse. Oxy-clean is exceptional for many, many stain. Hope this works for you I have had great results.

Either white vinegar or lemon juice. Lay the clothing or fabric out on an old towel and pour a small amount of white vinegar directly on the stain – or rub a cut lemon half on the stain. Saturate it thoroughly, then blot it with a clean white towel.
