Bug and tar remover from an auto parts store
Goo gone or soak them in gasoline
Acetone or rubbing alcohol
Try using some hand sanitizer if you have it on hand. If not try rubbing alcohol. If you dip the bits into hot water first it may soften the sap a bit for you as well.
I would soak them in some hand sanitizer or alcohol. I remove the sap form my cars using hand sanitizer
How about goo gone
Try WD40.
Soak in Simple Green cleaner, some guys use oven cleaner.
Turpentine...but I would try the hand sanitizer first...good idea.
Cooking oil takes sap right off.
