I think a lemon yellow or a cobalt blue would be really nice. I would also put some ceramic pots with plants in coordinating colors. I think either color is non-traditional and would stand out.
Red like the brick with white spindles and also paint risers white. It would also like nice with some colorful hanging plants.
If the wood is treated wood, wait for 6 months, prime the wood with a good primer and paint the wood with white to match the other white. Create color with landscaping, small bushes and flowers that bloom in multiple colors if you like.

How about an outdoor metal wall decoration to hang in the center of the white paneling? Or hang a wooden window box between the two windows, just at the bottom of the panel. Use lime-green sweet potato vine, which hangs down beautifully all summer. Intersperse with purple petunias. Striking! Also, I would paint the porch railing white. You can find nice rail-hanging planters on Internet. I like the idea of painting risers white, also.
I would paint it black and decorate the porch itself with bright colors. Chairs, cushions, potted plants, maybe an indoor outdoor rug. Add some rope lighting around the deck rails. You could also hang wreaths or other decorations from the deck. Change them with the holidays.
change the white panel between the windows to match your porch
I would paint the hole house a mushroom or taupe, and paint the trim and railing white.
Adding plants in front of the house would add curb appeal.
There is a way you can use your picture and on your computer or smart phone you can change the colors to see what you like. I would try a light olive green, or a creamy beige.
I would do grey and white. White for the posts and railing to match your other trim and grey for the floor and steps to pull the color from the roof.

No suggestions on your porch. Lots of ideas posted here and depends on your likes for colors. I do want to say that the greyish foundation and that white area between the windows are both distractions. I would do something with them that coordinates with what you do with porch/trim. Definitely some landscaping, even if it is simple annuals for now.
I like a nut brown for white panel and porch. Then accent with color on front door a smoky dark blue with pops of color in pots, cushions , flowers To go with The seasons.
