This is a holy water font that I could not say no to because of the quality workmanship. I am thinking a plant stand but would appreciate any other ideas. Thanks in advance.

I agree with Bj Blyth. Leave it as is ...in a hallway.. balcony... it is a beautiful piece of art and not easily found either. The old Catholic Churches are disappearing... you could have a valuable piece of history there. Enjoy its beauty for now while you do some research before upcycling or rather recycling. (Sorry, art and craftsmanship.... there just is no UPcycling.) Might be worth something. 🤗

      Thea,

I do appreciate your input and wil be very happy to sell it "as-is". I have more projects than time AND I am retired! It isn't very old. Suspect it was made in the sixties or seventies. I'll keep you posted

Hahahaha... I sure can agree with you on that one! Been retired for 7 years now with a ton of projects ready and waiting and many on the go. How the heck did I manage before retirement? Ya and I don't think being in my early 60's is very old either. But body says differently. 💃🏽😜😆
