Yes you can with paint formulated for cement. But before you do the sidewalk its best to check with your city to see if it's allowed. A friend did this without checking and he ended up with a heavy fine and had to have it sand blasted off and he was on a corner lot

Yes you can paint or stain concrete. You can even make designs using stencils. I would like to stencil my walkway to look like it's made with pavers. With a nice border. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
yes, any large home store has concrete and floor paint...I did high traffic wood stairs to basement (to brighten low light area). It was very durable for foot traffic and cleans easily. It came with primer already in paint. Just clean the concrete well before painting and get top quality paint.
Yes. Use "resurface #4". It is a thick paint that fills in small cracks and holes. Put on with a roller---so easy.
