I have a large gap between newly installed granite and back splash . What can I do? They big box stores don’t have anything to fill in gap
It sounds like too big of a gap for caulk. I think you have to just keep searching for some quarter round.
Check out the ceramic trim tiles at Home Depot, Lowes, or Manards. All kinds and all sizes. You should be able to find some that will fit in the gap. Usually called pencil tiles.
Actually have you thought about painting the quarter round in a complimentary color
I agree with above, I had a faux fireplace chimney faced with large oblong travertine tiles. There was a gap at the top, so I got some quarter round and brought paint the same color as the grout. Can't even tell.
You can also buy clear silicon weather seal with an adhesive tape with a gasket on top you could use. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Frost-King-E-O-1-2-in-x-20-ft-Clear-Silicone-Weather-Seal-SS20CL/202262365?cm_mmc=Shopping|THD|google|&mid=sXHAZG02o|dc_mtid_8903tb925190_pcrid_111414437105_pkw__pmt__product_202262365_slid_&gclid=CjwKEAjwhYLLBRDIjoCu0te4niASJAC0V4QP6eUIRMz0z-oYeyaPffE1C93KvZvzu2BdEe8rQ_SWOhoC5rHw_wcB
They do make a product called flexible molding and it comes on all different sizes. You can actually cut it with a razor blade knife. It is paintable as well. Just google: flexible molding
Did you install it? Or have an installer? If you paid someone have them come and make it right!
