You can have the tiles and grout completely color changed with a glaze coating. They did a unisex restroom for me at work and it came out brand new. Contact SaniGlaze for a local rep. http://www.saniglaze.com/
Wow thats some color combo 70s nightmare. You can use an epoxy tub and tile paint. Rustoleum and Homex make basic kits found at hardware and home stores, if you want a color or custom color go with Klass Kote... http://www.klasskote.com/epoxy_bathtub_paint
You sure can! Another great product to consider is called PrimEtch by Faux Effects. It is great on surfaces that you aren't sure how paint or other mediums will adhere like tiles, glass, 'shiny-things', etc. It is clear and paints on easy. It creates grip for you to then paint or apply other products on to refinish. Anything I'm not sure about, I PrimeEtch it first just to be safe. Good luck and have fun!
There are some great, kits made just for this- from Lowes- you got this!
