How about a more buttery yellow.....
that almost looks like the yellow flame the one in the middle, is it a shade lighter.
Maybe a grass green? Or a paler blue? If you want the yellow as an accent color, I like 2
Love that you want to use yellow! My vote is for #2 and I really like Sharon's suggestion too. Nice and bright and cheery!
the yellow flame # 2 is what I thinking of to. the first one just looks like to much orange in it.
I Like Choice Two
I like #2 but would add some white to make it just a tad paler....the blue is very strong and needs to be "dulled down" just a little bit.
I agree with almost everyone else. I like #2 the best and I do like Fiddledd224's idea to add some white to make it a tad paler.
G with a yellow oche shade it will be fabulous.
Is there a reason you want the yellow color? Maybe as contrast etc.?? I think I would stick with the blue you already have with a white small trim on each panel.Blue in either the center of each panel with white around edge of it or visa versa. If your set on yellow definitely the lighter on in the middle.
Try a peach or melon (orange) light light orange or a Sandy color, that would give some contrast. Get some samples at Homedepot or Lowe's, and bring them home and put them side by side, and see what you like. Good Luck!

I did do the paint samples with the light orange did not like the color of them. never thought of the peach though. will try them. I have all colors of paint samples in my hutch.
To All Hometalk users:
I tried all samples of your suggestions and decided to go with a shade lighter than the #2. I have the door done as of today and it looks awesome. Thank you all for your ideas and thoughts. I appreciate that all of you took the time to read and give honest advice. Funny thing is I have an eye for color and advice for people as well, but when it comes down to your own home, I tend to be hesitant on my own without others advice. once again thank you all.
I would go with the light yellow (#2), but I really do think it is a matter of preference.
