Try Bon Ami or Bar keepers friend
try a baking soda paste- let it sit for awhile. Or purchase Barkeepers Friend which can be found in most stores
i use bar keepers friend found at grocery store, i like the powder cleaner it make take a few trys and letting it sit. But it works I use to buy revere ware for copper pits but no longer can find it. Get a good scrubby sponge
Get a cheap bottle of ketchup and smear it on the bottom of your pans. Let it sit for at least 1/2 hour and wash it off. You'll be amazed at the difference and no harsh chemicals needed😊 I do this to my pans every so often and they just gleam. If it's a really bad build up you may have to do it a couple of times
I used bar keepers friend and it got the cooking gunk off my copper bottom pans
Lemon juice and salt
