Try Wet and Forget
the guy who does our house uses bleach in the water. It does great!
Start by looking for a business that does powerwashing. It can be done if you have someone who knows what pressure to use on your siding. Make sure their license is up to date and they are insured. Good Luck!
We've used Simple Green and Wet It and Forget It on our siding. The Wet It and Forget It was used on the north side of our house where we had some green in addition to grime. You put it on and leave it. Have you tried pressure washing?
Call someone that cleans houses for a living. It is not that expensive and the windows should be cleaned without streaks too.
A pressure washer is the best. If you know someone with one maybe they would let you borrow it. Just make sure you use the right head so you don't damage the siding. You could also use a sprayer and spray some outdoor bleach on the siding and then rinse.
