I'm not sure what you mean by high heat. Walmart and other places sell an enamel that you paint glass with that you bake in the oven and can wash in the dishwasher.
I have been using an enamel paint from Tractor Supply Company that I find works well for me for high heat. Its made to use on tractors and trucks.
